Terms And Condition
1. Reservations & Payment
All bookings require a deposit to reserve your date and vehicle. The remaining balance must be paid in full during the start or end of the rental.
Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or approved electronic payment methods.
Quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made will be subject to no refunds
3. Conduct & Responsibilities
The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all passengers.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use is allowed on the vehicle.
Alcohol is only permitted for guests age 21 and older. Valid ID may be required.
Disrespectful, violent, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the ride with no refund.
4. Damage & Cleaning Fees
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
A minimum $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess, vomiting, spills, or smoking.
Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage or cleaning required.
5. Delays & Schedule Changes
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to the schedule or route must be approved in advance and may result in additional fees.
6. Liability
FYNX is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Passengers ride at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries caused by improper conduct or failure to follow driver instructions.
7. Passenger Capacity
Each bus or vehicle has a maximum capacity that must not be exceeded. Overloading may result in service refusal or cancellation without refund.
8. Photos & Promotion
By booking with us, you consent to non-identifying photos or videos being used for marketing purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing.
9. Driver Authority
The driver reserves the right to end service without refund if passengers behave in a way that endangers the vehicle, other passengers, or public safety.
10. Agreement
By booking or riding with FYNX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
